Hi everyone, although I have been submitting articles to directories for 2 years, I am yet to use a piece of software that can do the same but faster. I tried one "ArtemisLite" but it appeared to be having some problem or I didn't know how to use it. But that is not my primary question. Will they help really? Will these softwares actually submit to 1000s of directories? I thought directories accept articles only after reviewing them and duplicate contents will be rejected. Or is it possible that the pieces submit only to those 1000s that are no more managed for various reasons including lack of resources? If this is the case, what strikes to my mind is the whole thing is a waste, as back links, which we are in effect deliberately chasing, from inactive sites don't really matter as far as PR is concerned.
I used to have some software that submitted articles to hundreds of sites in about an hour. The only problem was that it didn't help with your rankings. Sites got hundreds of links but no benefits in terms of rankings. 95% of the article sites have been nuked by google IMO.
Yes The more submitions the better sometimes does not work. We should not also forget about the quality of links and where they will be posted
