I am looking for a link building toolkit, which is the collection of blogs, websites, forums link, .edu domains, .org domains, ... that I can leave a link back. These links must be quality, active, high PR links. These websites also must be do follow websites. I am not looking for a link sales service which asks me to pay for a certain amount of money to put my link on your website. I'm not looking for that.
