Hi, I found a link partner searching tool here on DP the other day that
works similar to this:

Does anyone remember what that was? I swore I bookmarked

that tool looks good and you can use the most related dmoz category dp link exchange section as an alternative

 

I like your first link better than the webconfs one.....the first one shows pagerank with each result - very helpful!
