    As for answering your question I want to tell your that most good social bookmarking sites are nofollow, they just make popularity of your and increase the visitors on your site, but it's not possible to get back links from there. Some popular sites allowed dofollow back links only in your profile page, you can take some benefit from there.

    Otherwise only focus on Do-follow social bookmarking site and you will get back links from there.
