I'm trying to submit to the second URL - http://www.lii.org/pub/htdocs/home.htm 8

and have tried about two weeks ago and then today, I put all my URL info in and then it asks me to submit the security code...but there is no image and no entry box. Why is this?

Yes, you are right. I have also seen the same problem. But I get image code in going back and forth.

I've tried this site in Opera and Firefox but the same problem occurs. Going "back and forth" means refreshing the page?

One thing I still don't fully understand is the function of backlinks placed in dynamic websites. For example, is a backlink from w³.othersite.com to my page of the form

...w³.othersite.com/index.php?option=com_weblinks&task=view&catid=15&id=13

equally effective in SEO-terms (i.e. for my ranking in search engines) as is a backlink placed in a good old static html-page, where my page address shows up permanently, e.g. like the link given in my signature below?

I think that is an important consideration regarding the efficiency of link building, isn't it?
