Some good advice but reciprocal links don’t carry much weight anymore.
Article submission is still useful. Bookmarking is on the way out, as lots are now no follow, mainly because of spam submission and the fear of Google penalty.

 

You can add many more things you just need to expand the list furthur as still there are many resources. I will try add more in coming days probably this will help all of us for their promotions.

Say if I have a website in the US, does getting a bunch of links from websites in other countries like India or UK help or hurt?

I have seen a lot of directories but they are located all over the world. Not sure if getting listed there would help a US-based site.

Hey bud I was going through and adding my site to some of those links your provided since I did not have a link to them yet or even knew about them. However some of those links are broken or unable to actually make a submission to there site. Granted that may just be because of changes they have made. Thought I would just let you know. Thanks for those links.
