Thank you, I've been wondering if what I've been doing getting me nothing but carpal tunnel syndrome. I only submit to one way link directory though

 

Just to update my post back on page 47 of this thread, I reported then that my free directory submission campaign increased traffice at my best site from 11,986 Unique Visitors per day in December of 2007 to 17,322 per day during March 1-25, 2008.

Now, for the period of April 1-14, it has again increased to 18,077 per day. That's another 755 uniques per day.

The results have definitely slowed down, but I'm still pleased. I started by submitting to the highest PR directories and now I'm down to PR0-PR2 directories. Even though I don't think PR is the ultimate indicator of which links are most desirable, it probably does partially explain why my increases are slowing down. I've found that many of the lower PR sites are "abandoned". You can tell that they are not approving any links as all of their categories have "zero" links. Some actually tell you that there are thousands of "pending" links. Another reason for my increases to be slowing down is that I haven't done quite as many submissions per day lately as I was doing.

Starting yesterday, I began going back to the high PR directories in order to submit my newer sites.

To say the least, my earnings are WAY UP and, therefore, so are my spirits! Nothing motivates like the mighty dollar!

Take a look at companies handling affiliations such as comission junction, that should ease things a bit.
