Well, everyone usually talks about techniques for link building in general. But and for the specific pages (or posts) of a blog? What do you do for take it to the top or take some PR juice for the main site? I know that we can do this on social networks, but what do you use? What other techniques, except this? And what proportion of links for specific pages to links for the main page do you use, approximately?
Article marketing is the best channel for me to build strong links to deep pages. I do also use forum signatures to supplement this technique at times.
I agree with Aaron. Just make couple of articles and make it viral inorder to get good rankings for deep links.
The best way to get your inner pages constantly exposed to Google is by interlinking. Everytime you write a new blog post, remember to relevantly link at least two of your inner posts. This way, over time you will be neatly sharing your link juice across all pages. Another good way is to use article marketing and ask&answer marketing to individually build links to each of the inner pages which will get your inner pages valuable external link juice. Don't look for PR of external sites when building links..It is no longer relevant. Rather, simply work on getting as many relevant links as possible.
Great answers! Thanks all for the helping. I just have fogetten of the Article Marketing technique in this case! Good work!
article submission is good and you can not only link to inner pages, you can also link to main page from the same article as you get 2 links per article (usually). you can also use social bookmarks for inner pages. there are deeplink directories that accept inner pages and if you can manage a list, you can use that method as well. more beneficial would be web 2.0 pages like squidoo, hubpages, etc where you can setup pages on web 2.0 properties and link to your inner pages
Article marketing, forum signatures, blog commenting, and some deep link directories such as vmoptions. These are great because they allow you to link to your inner pages with specific anchor text. Perhaps even classified ad sites, and press releases if your inner page is something interesting.
Great question, and very under-covered topic. I always link back to previous posts from new blog posts, in addition to doing a small bit of article marketing.
You are right! I have been also following a regime like this also, but I also added in lots of pinging and social bookmarking and social network linking also.
