Please read the full project details below and send me a sample of 10 websites on which you will place the links. PMs without samples will be ignored completely. So send 10 websites on which you will place the links after reading the full project details.

We have 240 sites in various industries from insurance to hair loss. (a full list of sites will be given once your links have been passed by us).
Backlink sites MUST be related to the theme of our websites.
Each site needs the following links PER MONTH:
2x PR 4 links
3x PR 5 links
3x PR 6 links
PER MONTH x 240 sites
(1920 links per month for 12 months – AT LEAST)
The very first 5 links to each site must be .gov.uk, .ac.uk, .edu.uk, .gov, .ac, .edu and be a PR 4,5 or 6
After this at least 2 links per month must be from gov.uk, .ac.uk, .edu.uk, .gov, .ac, .edu sites
We need 1920 Google PageRank 4/5/6 Quality Back-links which will stay permanent from English websites only.

Please Note: We are looking for Only experienced and professional link-builders. WE MAYBE looking for 2 partners to work with on this project

Column B: Date page is submitted for our approval
Column C: Google PR of link page
Column D: Title of link page
Column E: Clickable URL of link page
Column F: IP of link page
Column G: Number of outbound links from the linked page
Column H: Date link is placed on link page

All communication will dealt with strict confidence

There will be NO ADVANCE Payment or ESCROW before completing 20%.
If you need advance payment or Escrow before starting the work, please DO NOT BID
20% of the payment will be made after every 20% of the work is completed so there will be 5 milestone and 5 payments

Important guidelines:
Requirements:

-Links must be strictly from: Google PR4 / 5/ 6 pages (home page rank, other page ranks does NOT count)
-Backlink pages must relate to our site topic
-Free one-way manual links. No payments in the future for those links
-Only one link per domain and aLL backlinks must be DO FOLLOW... ALL links will be checked.Do not use "no follow" links – we have software to scan this everyday
-All backlink domain must be more than 4 year old
-Maximum Number of external links from page should not be more than 20
-Prefer authoritative English only domains (.com,.org,.us,.gov,.edu,.co.uk,.org.uk,.gov.uk, .ac,.ac.uk, .edu )
-Domains must be from different Class-C IP addresses.
-Pages must be indexed and cached by Google, within last 30-60 days
-Link page must be search engine friendly, which is no redirects, cloaking and other BLACK Hat practices.
-Links must be In Text, permanent, active, never expiring.
-We reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable.
-Links that are not approved will have to be replaced by service provider.
-You must build links manually at not more than 10 links per site per month.

- No links from rel="nofollow" or "noindex" tag for pages themselves and for anchor text
- No robots.txt blocking, fake PR, banned by Google, Yahoo, Bing sites
- No use of automated software or bots.
- No java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, session ID's, etc.
- No link farms and link exchange programs or web rings such as backlinks.com, Gotlinks.com, Linkpartners.com, LinksToYou.com etc., no rented links, FFA sites, gambling, adult & porn sites, pharmacy sites, illegal websites, hate-based websites, violent websites, cracking or hacking websites, no blacklisted or spam sites, links from "bad neighbourhood" sites (e.g. link farms, porn and so on), ping sites, etc.
- No scraped content, mirror sites, orphaned link pages, link schemes and sites overrun with contextual ads, popups, ads, sponsored links, intrusive advertising, classified sites, labeled links, etc.
