We are looking for a small link building company to work with. What we want is for the company to contact site owners and negotiate link purchases. We will then review each one and purchase the link ourselves. This is simply an investigation into potential linking partners. The reason the we asked for the company to be small is we feel that there will need to be a change in company processes.
