Link building questionaire

Hi Guys

I'm trying to figure out a few things about how Google values links. I've put together a short questionnaire using survey monkey I was was hoping to find some experts to fill it out. Then Once I've got about 100 replies. I'll put the data together and post it up for everyone so you can see the general expert opinion.
