    (1) Links will be on Proper sites.
    (2) The number of outgoing links from link page will not be more than 30- 40.
    (3) All links will be made on relevant sites only.
    (4) Links will be made using keywords as Anchor.
    Our PR2 one way link charge is $10 per link.
