Frankly speaking that link is crap. Did you link back to him? Don't bother. That page is not even indexed. You should go for quality/related backlinks not some crappy list of crappy links.

 

The site was created yesterday, of course it's not worth linking to it.

 

Well it might be an investment in the long-term just like stocks and bonds.

It might reach the Technorati top 100, who knows.

 

i dont that the example site will help you so much. i think it's the better to find a high pr web site
