Link Building is came to the End Or came to the Grow ?

article submission will only give you backlinks if you have quality in your article, if not, you won't get any backlinks. Your article will be stagnant with PR 0 and your link in your author bio will be useless

 

I heard Google just started a filter program that makes buying links less important. There still important but less important. Anyone else hear about this or know if its true?

 

what would they be filtering? just the bad ones I would assume, or ones they deemed 'inappropriate'. My guess is that they try to kill of the article submission houses and try to concentrate on original content an true organic links...
