Check out the new directories asking for people like you to submit your site for free. Some of these will already have PR while others are just getting started. You might also look at the social marketing sites where people will request to trade following (e.g. Twitter, Facebook, Digg, Delicious, etc.).

Hope this will help get you started in the right direction.

    Link building is not that hard. You can get oneway links from lot of free and easily methods such as;
    -Blog commenting
    -Forum posting
    -Directory submission
    -Article submission
    -Social bookmarking

But please remember that link building process is a continuous process.

Link building is not hard but time consuming task. I would suggest you to compose few articles, syndicate on articles directories like ezine, easyarticles, articlebase and bookmark your post number of social bookmarking sites using social poster or social marker. By using this technique you can get quality one way links.

This will not only support your SEO process but also drive traffic to your site.

Thanks for your relpy, as you know, i have entered the twitter, facebook etc.,but i don't think it wise to buy some links from the the high pr website, the other hand, as our website is new and low pr and they say links to us will split the weight of their site! And thank you all the same!

I think this pretty much covers it. Sure, it's time-consuming but it's worth it.

I get it! Does this type of links are in effect! IMO, the links from the website's home page which got high pr are more important!

The easiest way to create backlinks is autoblogging. At least at the moment...

Yes, it's time-consuming, and I must admit it's sometimes pretty hard to find the time or the energy to do some every day, or even every couple of days or so but I agree it does seem to be worth it!

Nothing comes without planned (possibly hard work) work. you should start directory submission to relevant directories, social bookmarking, forum posting etc.

Excellent breakdown, this is what I do too. It's constant, sometimes tedious, but pays off.

Link building is hard - yes. It's time taking - yes, it's boring - yes ;)

But some people earn 1000s of dollars because they are ready to do this boring work every day. Getting links from directories, articles, blogs etc. is EASY. You need more effort / money to get it from a 'general webmaster' :)

I won't say its very hard but it can seem "hard" if you lose interest in the process...take the whole experience as fun...remember that you are just nurturing a baby ( your website ) and babies are work ;)

yeah right, this is the best advice you can get.
    1) you'll waste a lot of money !
    2) eventually you'll be maybe penalized by google

I may add: submit news to Press Release websites, you cant go wrong with that.
Read on this article more about the link building strategies.

Hey sounds to me like there is just one solution to your problem. :) EZINE ARTICLES is the way to go. You will be able to start building a list of people with the power of articles. You can write them yourself or have people do it for you. :)

article marketing is a very good way to start this process. I just try and do half an hour a day, and post in relevant forums as much as possible.
