The real issue here is that many people still believe 'link building' to be a solution to the problem and it really isn't. Good SEO agencies need to be re-educating their clients that 'link building' is as dead as keyword density. Trying to make your website performance improve by link building is like measuring the size of a room by how cold it is outside, it's not the right measure for success. The best solution is to stop all link building activity! Whereas link acquisition, outreach and adding your link to a website when it comes naturally isn't link building, it's going about your routine and doing what comes naturally. Ours is constructions business and trying to get link for new project website. Now i want to know almost all big portal giving us the link and they will do same to other(competitors). Thus how to beat others and bring our website on top on google for the targeted keyword.

I am focusing on many web 2.0) sites (wordpress, blogger, tumblr etc) and also focusing on social media (fb, tw, g+). I also have a blog and updating it twice a week.

If they dont come, then you did something wrong....

If link building is truly dead, then google should
just announce that, then no one will have any

Google has update their algorithm and trying to do that it silently as well as publicly. They are also giving pripoty to thier business first then others in same niche. As per link building is concern, it will never end till search engine exist. Guest blogging is dead for low site not for high pr sites.

what about relevancy of same niche?
If my friend have different business how can I link them? That will effect the ranking as Google will treat them as spam. I belive we need to develop content to earn link rather tell friends to link exchange.

Do you belive that the signature link the Digital point forum or other big forums is not link spam?
If you see technique it is spam. Unless you are high fi no body will give you the link and hence you are going to do bookmarking , blog commenting and web 2.0 which itslef looks to me spam links as you are creating it, rathing getting it naturally.

You can use the infographic submissions for create back links for your websites. In 2016 google only allow quality back links for get SERP.

 

Yeah Infographics are not only informative to user, they like the way it looks and presented. Sure it is one of the great way to generate backlinks.

Now also GOogle considering the quality links for backlink.

Directory Submission done on Dmoz, Yahoo and local directories will work. Don't do site directory submission(Global Directory Submission). You can use blog comment just to build a relationship, but leaving a link in blog comments is clearly "Spamming" and Social Bookmarking can be use as a third party, Don't build links through social bookmarking. Blogging and creating quality links is what that has worth and a long term effect.

Yes @Shahidul its okay to get links from tier 4 or tier 5. But make sure the content you sure is original and unique.
