Link building help

    From today im going to start link building but before that i would like to ask some of the experienced webmasters a few questions.

    1 : Links in high PR do follow blog comments titles can be called good links ?
    2 : Link from DO Follow blog comment, is it useful ?
    3 : 10 PR 4 back links will effect SERPs ?

    Yes. but must be same niche

    2 : Link from DO Follow blog comment, is it useful ?
    It helps in both PR and SERP

    3 : 10 PR 4 back links will effect SERPs ?
    Yes, if they are dofollow

    I would add that PR is not so important in SERP, Relevancy is more important

    it is based on the keyword and link quality you are working for. Tough competition keywords takes much time to get on top.
