Link building for my travel website

    I´m looking for a link builder who can deliver one-way links. I will provide a few link titles and description. Backings must be placed on real travel related websites. I´m not looking for directory submission, article submission or forum posting service.

    My further requirements:
    Absolutely no black hat tactics!
    - Links must be placed on PR2+ websites
    - all backlinks pages must relate to travel and tourism
    - Maximum 1 link per domain
    - Links must be one way
    - Links must be from English language websites only
    - No more than 40 outbound/external links on the page
    - Websites links appear on must be permanent
    - Text links only
    - Linked sites must be established and active
    - Pages must be indexed and cached by Google, Yahoo and Bing
    - Sites must be Spider friendly
    - Domains must be from different Class-C IP addresses
    - Authoritative domains preferred (such as: .com .net .org .gov .edu .us .biz)
    - Prefer high ranking Alexa sites

    - No black hat and other unethical SEO techniques
    - No links from rel="nofollow" or "noindex" tags
    - No search spam
    - No redirects or cloaking (such as: 301, 302, meta-refresh, Javascript redirects)
    - No robots.txt blocking, fake PR, or banned by Google, Yahoo, Bing sites
    - No scraper sites, mirror sites, link farms, free for all links, or "bad neighborhood" sites (such as: link farms, porn, ...)
    - No use of automated software or bots
    - No classified ads
    - No dynamic links
    - No article submission sites
