Hey guys, I was doing some reading here at DP and found someone's formula for determining quality, etc of a link. I thought it was quite interesting so I tied it into an excel sheet so that I can just plug in a few numbers into the spreadsheet and it will figure up for me which link is probably the most cost effecient purchase. Please Note: This is for your Page Rank only and only meant to be a guide. The quality of traffic you might receive is not factored in! Below is the link to a zip file containing the excel file. Just plug in numbers. Below is a quick guide: Download Link
That means my 3,833 links aren't worth shit then, as google only gave me a lowly PR 2 lol. And people say PR is great hahahaha lol
hehe, i'm in the same boat on a couple of my sites. The formula makes sense though. Most of my links come from directories or blog comments where there are multiple Outbound Links. I'm not getting much link juice from them and therefore, my PR is suffering. People wonder why when they buy PR5 links from those huge link factory advertising websites (like buy pixel websites) that they aren't getting an increase in the PR... hopefully this formula kind of explains that.
don't know how come you came up with this link theory but i think its nice to make links with the Pr sites and then see how Google reacts on the linking done.
