    I want to explain some things here.
    1. If you want to improve PR or getting links(backlinks), then you should submit your site to various search engine and directories.
    2. You also can create a blog for the site which you want to promote it and submit it in various blog directories to increase traffic.
    3. You also do social web marketing to get more traffic.

    Moreover, If you want me to do all this or only for linking , I also ready for that.
