Link building and linklicious.me

    Hello everyone, I am new to this one and base on what i have read i just created a links for my website and also the build links must be submitted to linklicious to get back links or get it crawl, but when i submitted my links linklicious says spidered=never?

    anyone can help me regarding this problem?

    so how can i avoid it ? if you don't mind me asking, Do i need to use different IP address everytime i am creating links for my page?
