I am looking for someone to gather some quality link exchanges which are both relevant and long-lasting. The quality of PR of a page DOES NOT matter. I am willing to pay $1-2 for every link you find me. It will work like this: I will pay you upfront for a figure of X links (for example, say 10). I therefore will pay you $10-20 for the links upfront. You will then find me 10 link exchanges which you think are both Relevant and trustworthy. I will then reveiw the links you have found and give my verdice - whether they are okay or not. This will be repeated for 100 links.
