Link builder wanted

Morning all

I am looking for someone to build good quality links for a client. The client has sites in a few different languages and is willing to pay a fixed monthly amount for link building. We are looking for this to be an ongoing project and will probably be taking on more than one link builder.

We would pay a fixed monthly amount based on the number of quality links you can produce and set quality criteria for the project, paying more for better quality links. The sites are in a number of different languages.

This would suit someone with a good network of sites or directories that you can use for 3 way exchanges etc.
