The requirement is pretty simple, i need an experienced link builder who knows every possible tactics to grab high PR pages to build links. I m only looking for PR3, PR4 and PR5+ links with OBLs lower than 40 per page and obviously dofollow. Also i need some sample work for such PR pages to build links.
