Links are built all around the web via site commenting, contribution, material exchange (provided by myself) or other methods (white hat and manual labor only). I don't use directory submissions, auto submitters or anything of low value. I am targeting only authority relevant niche sites so the best possible results will occur. That's why I charge $0.50 per backlink, because every single one is high quality relevant link. More serious clients can get a total competition analysis and a plan how to overtake the 1st spot.
A review copy would be great. I may order 5-10 links as a start. I am not interested in blog commenting. But can you explain about material exchange and contribution?
Blog commenting is not allowed on these forums. And also are these links nofollow? Why is it so cheap?

No problem. PM me the project details and I'll give you a payment email. After the testing if you have large requirements I'll have to kindly ask you to wait for a few days (4-5) because of the volume of work I've received right now. If you have msn or gtalk (email is ok too) that would be nice (conversations often get ugly via private messaging here when people don't quote back so I ask everybody to provide me with an alternate contact method. Plus I'm deleting a lot of the messages I receive from people asking free reviews and stuff like that). As for the report, it contains all of the urls with your newly created link and some basic statistics such as PR and keywords used so you can check everything and see it's legit. Nothing special just a prof that I did my job.
