these days firms/website demands for that...

Links must be PERMANENT, free, one way, non-reciprocal and static to my website (three-way links ok)
    - The page our link is placed on must be PR1
    - There must be no more than 20 outbound links on each web page where the link is placed
    - Page must be updated by Google within the last 30-45 days
    - Links should contain the target key phrase as a text hyperlink
    - No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links, Flash sites/pages, or other unethical or black-hat tactics
    - Link page should be only from English language sites
    - Link page must be search engine friendly, i.e. no redirects, cloaking, framed pages, etc
    - Page must not be excluded by robots.txt and the anchor text must not contain the rel=nofollow tag.
    - Will not accept links from: link farms, forums, directories, articles submission, Free For All websites, gambling, pharmacy, illegal, hacker, porn, violent, or hate-based, guest book’s, classifieds, dynamic links, spam sites, or generally black hat links
    - No sites banned by google.
    - Must be manually submitted.
    - No link schemes, No blog comments, No ping sites, No links within newsgroups
    - Links must be from different Class-C IP addresses

Now where to submit???? almost all possible doors are closed. reply and suggestion Pls Thank you.

If firms are demanding this then they are not wrong. According to Google all these quality guideline must be maintained to consider a particular link. Except this one "Link page should be only from English language sites" : this quality parameter is considered only if you are doing link building for a english site.

There are still many owners are looking for genuine links building activity. Too many keyword links might get the site hidden in the cloud. I think the best way of link building is to do it at moderate speed and less keywordluv.

    Hi Silverstoneindia,

I agree with you, most of us (service providers) are facing the same issue. There are few parameters that are Google mandates but few of them are created by service providers, just to make their pitch compelling to the prospects.

Now, only option left for us is to educate our client. Let’s take the case of permanent link demand; we can make them aware that links can not be permanent because no one can take the guarantee of third party (site’s webmaster from where link is sourced from)

We can only give assurance that link will stay for particular time period (3 month/6 months). I think in this way only, we can convince our clients.

it is true that link exchanges dont work like they used to in the past, it still do some good depending on your link building campaign. i see multiple sites doing extensive link exchange with related sites doing well

depends on your targeted geo. if i have a .de site in german language targeting german visitors, i would do well if i have links form german .de sites.

forum links dont worth that much usually. but if you have LOTs of forum signatures from active threads, it can do a little good. whether that worth the efforts or not is a different question.

directories work for sure. if you can submit to niche directories or good directories under proper category, then depending on how many directories you submit to or at which interval, it can work very well

article submissions are not what they used to be. but there are few good article directories which still offer great backlink advantage if you can submit unique articles and can maintain a properly executed game plan.[/QUOTE]

Looks like you are a candidate for my system. The only thing it does not produce immediatly is the required PR1. You will have to wait until the next PR update, but then it will be almost for sure better than PR1 and the only link on that page is YOURS.

One option I see is paid links. But then you would have to pay a monthly fee to keep them going. Something like TextLinkAds Inlinks. It looks like they really have cut out a lot of options with that list. So many that paying for links looks to be the easy way to do it.

Obviously, they are looking for the best, quality links - which is tough to do. Personally, I wouldn't accept that assignment. For me, I go at a slow pace, 5-10 links a day. I try to get an article in and link it from EZineArticles.com and also use sbm sites.
