Unfortunately, Google are not really interested in such things - at least, when I complained, they said they would not do anything for my situation. If you were really keen, Google takes notice via the Digital Millennium act. You can try and take action with their host - can be against the terms and conditions of their hosting. You can publicise the situation, and get your name spread around the internet then by public pressure get them to change. This gets you heaps of traffic and potentially lots of PR. Worked for me in the Nigritude Ultramarine SEO competition - and gave me first hand knowledge about this Google problem.
