    So I would like to know the meaning of Link Baiting.

    I'm sure Link Baiting just means creating content that people would like the link to. Here's a nice article on it - use Google next time, it's what all the pros do.

    Just means creating quality content so visitors end up linking to you and telling others to link to you, maybe in their blog, fb, twitter etc, so get baiting and get exciting! :)

    link baiting can be very effective if done right. Done badly, it's a complete waste of time.
