LOL @ pathetic lil' 955... using your "l33t" talent by preying on subjects that could possible use this "bait" to decide on risking their health because of it. Of course none of us fell for your [un]creativity since we know the facts of the lapband. And of course there were some of us that saw directly through how untalented you really are and exposed your sorry ass as it really is. Now what the concern is ... what about the few that decide to believe your ridiculous site. You're not just playing with peoples opinions here 955..you're playing with health decisions and that in fact is no joking matter.
Your attempt at linkbaiting has failed. 1st, it wasn't obvious that it was fake so that in turn brings on the 2nd failure ... you put people at risk. I'm afraid you seem to have forgotten important facts from your geek linkbaiting class. There are two main types of hooks in the bait, the nice hook, and the nasty hook. I'd say in most cases you can get away with a contrarian viewpoint, but not an attack that can result in nonretractable consequences . No one likes an asshole, so there's no real benefit, as sure you may get a ton of links from outraged blog peers, but they'll likely ignore anything else you write. You're a sad sad lil person 955.

Mr. 955, from your most recent responses your maturation level seems to be hitting an all time low. LOL, but that's quite acceptable since we, in the medical profession have been trained to deal with a mélange of people. (btw, please do e-mail me if you're incapable of understanding the words I inscribe in the appropriate sequence for communication. I guarantee, I will be elated to lower the intellectual level for your benefit).
The reason I'm continuing with this issue of "linkbaiting" is to inform you that we, the upper academic hierarchy maintain confidence in your [possible] ability to acknowledge that you've crossed over the fine line between humor and ethical.

PS. Thank you for the bonbons and with do merit please enjoy my gift to you...

    Here's our latest story...
If you are like us, you spend a lot of time and brain cells trying to come up with creative content, unique stories and anything else to pull in links to your sites. This time we got lucky and it fell right into our laps...

The San Diego Golf Academy has been a client of ours for some time now. We provide SEO and link building services for them. A few weeks ago the president emailed me that one of their students hit a hole in one on a very difficult course in Hawaii. In fact, they thought it might be a world record. He wanted us to turn this into a good press release.

Needless to say, I could barely contain myself and immediately went to work on... turning this into LINKBAIT!

A few days ago we posted this page on their site: http://www.sdgagolf.com/ace.php
It is the complete story and video animation of the hole in one. It turns out it wasn't the longest hole in one on record, but he did make it on the most difficult hole in the world!

We just started our PR campaign and have posted it on Digg, Netscape & others, so we don't have much in the way of stats to report yet.

If any of you are into golf or want to see a nice example of linkbait, it's worth checking out.

    Sometimes you just get lucky!
