Link & article submission for site target UK traffic

    Hello,

    I got a site focused on UK traffic only. I want to know when I do the link and article submission, would it be better if I submit my link/article to ONLY UK based directories? or there won't be much different at all. I should just submit to all directories such as those announce in this forum.

    I got another question, I have one article that I wish to submit to article directories. Is it a good SEO practice to submit this same article over to may be 20 to 50 article directories?
