when you do either of the above in any SE's, are the results they bring back in any particular order? I am trying to figure whether it lists what it sees as the most important first
Haha.. no kidding... god forbid they put them in any useful order. Since average search engine users will NEVER use such commands... not sure why they couldn't do it....
Coz it keeps us guessing - by keeping them random it ensures that nothing about their algos are given away. Its annoying, especially when you want to see a competitors links for a link building campaign but you can only see the first 1000 of 25000 links, in a RANDOM order!!
yes, you are right, I was actually wondering how to get rid of all the img src and other trash from linkdomain: thanks
linkdomain:domain.com is general query. It will show everything that has domain.com. The more accurate is link:http://domain.com. Sometimes you will see a lot of linkdomain list but there could be no link:http://domain.com results.
