Link and description

Would it be possible to have an option where the ad when made as a "text link" is followed or inbeded by/in the text description please. I do not want it as a banner.

    For example:

Directory of free knitting patterns, online shop for knitting yarns, books and fashion.

which is the description of the banner ad at the moment.

    Ta :)

What happens if the anchor text doesn't exist in the description though?

Just need the ability to logically insert the link amongst relevant text.

Is there a simple solution? Like insist that it is? or something near to?

I don't think it would be very practical to insist people include their anchor text in their description.

Sorry ...that is me ...I did not make it clear.

What I mean by insist is that if this option is selected as one of the display options then in this case only it must make a sensible sentence otherwise the other otions must be used.

    For example :

Free Knitting Patterns, shop knitting, shop books.

    is not good, but:

Directory of Free Knitting Patterns, online shop for knitting yarns, books and fashion.

    is.

Perhaps it could be done by a two tier system where the "normal" ads as we know them must be approved and on stream first and then a submission of the ad as a "descriptive ad" follows?

    :)

Foxy ... this may throw off the design on sites. I would much prefer to see it as an alt, if it doesn't already exist ;)

    my 2 cents

    Thanks Sayles

I can see where you are with the proposal.

What I am trying to achieve is an option where "relevant text" is "around" the IBLs.

So it does not need to be the description but perhaps other text.

It is all to try and keep ahead of the direction that MCutts is indicating!
