Link analysis tools question - an appeal for help!

Does anyone know of a link analysis tool that lists the number of links to pages with a given ranking in a SE for a given term?

For example, you would type in "keyword" and the tool (software / online service) would return: number of inbound links for page ranked #1; number of inbound links for page ranked #2; number of inbound links for page ranked #3; ... number of links for page ranked #n ...

Ideally the tool would work for Yahoo! / MSN ... or Google, but it's my understanding that their inbound link results are only samples, so it wouldn't be as useful.

    Thank you!!!

http://www.mcdar.net/ - keyword analysis tool will get you almost there. Just doesn't figure out MSN backlinks. I think it would be cool if it did though since MSN seems more up-to-date.

Those were a couple cool tools. The neat-o is slow but gets the job done. Too many scrapper sites...
