Link ads above header?

    I have read through the TOS, but would like to get a second opinion to make sure that I haven't accidentally missed anything.

    Is it allowed to put a horizontal link unit above the header of a blog? As seen here - http://www.lizaveeta.com

    I don’t see any problem with that.
    Your theme needs a little width adjustment so visitors can see it all without scrolling horizontally.

    Really loved the pics though :)
