Limiting Front Page Posts?

    I would like to have it so that only themes show up on my front page.
    http://laoz.net
    I need to make a new Category and call it "Showcase" where I would post actual websites being run with the themes I have on the site.
    Is there any way I can make the "Showcase" category posts not show on the front page, only on the category page?

    Simply use the exclude tag.

    I'm trying to google on how to set up exclude tag. Hopefully it is "simply" done.
