    my normal speed is 30 KB /Per Sec but when i download test file , it's about 100kb ,


    maybe they are improved or Boosted or something ?

    I have a VPS package with them since september (the one for $85) and it's INCREDIBLE! This server is blazing fast (8 cores). I have 1/3 of each core if I understand correctly and the power is just incredible! Connection is very fast, I push about 25mbps without any problem any time (could probably more, but I don't need).

    For $85 definitly best deal on the web.
