warez linking, torrent linking, legal adult material allowed. mp3 linking allowed but mp3 hosting now allowed unless you are the rightful owner of the mp3 file.

Counts as warez, warez linking is ok but not hosting.

 

Can we have custom name servers on this package? If so How much?
And is the price for the second year the same?

Price for second year will remain the same.

It will cost addition $3/month per dedicated IP address.

 

Probably a silly question but, does a dedicated IP give custom name servers :S?

Yes, private/custom nameservers can be configured with a dedicated IP.

 

Do we have to configure them once we get the dedicated IP or will this be done automatically?

The only thing you need to do is register the nameservers with your registrar. Depending on your registrar you may need to contact them to do this. I am familiar with dynadot.com and 1and1.com, if your domain is with them I can give you step by step instructions. This is all done after I assign the dedicated IP to your account
