Okay did I read wrong?

I would have to pay $29.95/month in order to have the privilege of paying for sites every month?

Does the monthly membership price include anything at all??

Correct. The site members will have the privilege to buy the sites at a very low price. The sites not sold after a certain time will be sold publicly at a higher price. That's the meaning of buying an option. Buying only two sites of the cheapest category or one of a more expensive category a month will already pay back more than your membership fee.
