Limited right after verification !!

    Hi,
    I made my first paypal a/c and added a mastercard HDFC Vcc to it and verified it. After 10 minutes, It got limited :-

    25-Nov-2010: We noticed some unusual activity on a credit card linked to your PayPal account.

    I logged out right after verification of the second one and did nothing after verifying the first one.

    I tried another and the same thing happened.
    Got any clue ?

    May be it was due to a brand new account. Its not advised to use VCC if you don't know how to handle PayPal if using it.

    YOu should verify it using your bank account and not vcc, Vcc is always risky so stay away from using it.

    its bcoz BSNL IP's are being auto limited.

    What do you mean by BSNL ip's are auto limited? Can you shed some light on what you are saying here.

    @tekky, Is the HDFC account name same as your PP account. What did you exactly do to verify the account and what caused it to be limited, we might be able to tell you.
