Hi guys, My paypal a/c is limited, i already attach VCC, bt nw they are asking me following . 1. Utility bill-adress proof- which is named on my father, i dnt have. 2. Provide proof of delivery. I got all payment frm DP member by selling my service, a/c creation etc, there are 6 field with transaction id and name, and another is tracking number so frm where i get tracking number ? ? And other column for company/ other specified. 3. Authorize the transaction. Here there is no any data. Just submit button. So nw what should i do ? My a/c is limited with 20$. Who ever help me to resolve, i will give him all 20$ as a gift ! !

Ya, i have govt. Election card. In which on front page there is only my name. And on back side, ther is my adress
