Limited Paypal - Proof Of Address Question.

Hello there. I have Receiving Limit per Year on Paypal, and i have been wondering. To lift the limits you need to give ID Card and Proof of Address.

I can give my ID card, but i don't really have any Proof of Adress at home (Well i have, but without MY name written on it, only my fathers). Will they accept it?

Otherwise, can i provide Bank Account Contract that has the address and my name written?

EDIT: I have heard that one person from my country has sent a Digital Extract from Bank Account (As proof of address) and it worked for him. So is it a good way?

the proof of address need to have your name. The bank statement is good enough to be the proof of address

 

Well, yesterday i provided that Digital Extract from Bank Acccount(as a PDF file i downloaded from my Bank Account).I'm waiting as response now.

I hope it will work, because on my PayPal account address there is a shortcut of my street, instead of "street" it says "st.", but on the document it says "street" in full.

Well, not street exactly only "square", but i'm giving you an example of it. Hope they will realize it can be written in both ways.

The thing i'm most scared, if they for *some* reason won't accept it, will my money be frozen?

Can i withdraw my money while the verification says "in progress" ?

 

Provide them your bank statement that also a proof.
But i dn't know without having Address proof how you open a bank a/c really strange.

 

I already provided them a Bank Statement (Digital in PDF form, since that's the ones i get), along with my Identity Card. I hope everything will turn okay.

Probably because they saw i have a lot of money on my Paypal, and i'm getting to the receiving per year limit i never had to lift previously.

 

Everyone needs to lift it, to do it, you need to send your documents

 

Takuto, ok you are ok..As long you never had a bad account , 99.9% they will link it. and if your selling anything illegal, they will probably freeze account and you will never see that money. good luck

 

I never even bought/sold anything using Paypal. Especially i would never sell anything illegal. I'm just receiving normal, legal money from certain source and that's all i do with my Paypal account really. All i want is to lift the receiving per year limit.

 

You can try to send them a scan of a school or student ID card. If you have a contract with the mobile service provider also should be enough.

 

Well it's been almost a week since i've sent them (14th of February) and i still haven't received a reponse :/

 

I got that too, I try to email paypal to downgrade my account, and I'm still waiting their reply hope they can approve it.

 

I send billing of my credit card to get verified for Paypal.
You can also send other document that stated your address.

 

I edited a document that was not my name. Changed the name on the bill to my name and it worked perfectly.

 

Bank Account Contract that has the address and your name written on it is a proof of address
