Recently I sold a site and the buyer sent me the payment as "GOODS". PayPal have limited my account saying that they need further information of my account in order for me to use PayPal easily after wards. Here is what they are asking for: How do I get the bills, invoices, tracking and all in a Digital good? Thanks
Has the person done a chargeback ?? or its just from paypal is so contact them and let them know its not real goods but digital and ask them to confirm from the payment sender
First confirm this with your buyer (if he done a chargeback) and then contact paypal through phone call and let them know of this in details for quick solution. DON.
Just call them and tell them that these are digital goods and not tangible items. If they have limited your account, they will ask you for other documents as well like ID proof and utility bills, so get ready with those document also. Regards
The buyer usually send money as goods, when he plan to chargeback. First settle the situation with buyer and then make paypal a ring to solve your problem.
i had the same problem for selling book i just told paypal that it was a book and i sent to them screen shots of the emails between me and the buyer as long as the buyer didnot ask for refund donot worry paypal will unlimit your account easily
