limited paypal and adding a new CC

    I am sure that you have not cleared cookies from your PC after your previous visit to Paypal and that is how they were able to track that the new account was being opened by the same person.

    This is what you will have to do ( Do conform it as I'm not 100% sure about it ):

    1. Withdraw funds to your bank account.
    2. Create another account.
    3. Add different CC ( As you can use one CC only once on Paypal ) It wont accept twice.
    4. Run it!!!!
