limited paypal and adding a new CC

my paypal is limited for over 180 days. but i can withdraw my money. can i add a credit card and withdraw my money. and then how can i close this account and add this CC to a new fresh one? is it possilbe? what i need to do? how long it takes?

yes. but no response recived. contacted over a week ago

 

create another account and use the CC to verify it, that simple, if it was a personal account , then open a bussiness or other acc, you can have 2 account per person

You can only withdraw to a bank account.

It is not possible for anybody else to withdraw to his bank account.... as the name on your paypal account has to match with that on the bank account, to successfully complete the withdrawal transaction.

another question: they limited my new account. i have recived my first payment and in about 10 minutes it become limited. i didnt use it for nothing, no payment send, no issues, no disputes, no ebay, nothing. what can i do now?

 

Paypal is probably suspicious of your behavior and is probably limiting everything originating from your IP address. They probably wish to identify your individuality hence you would do well to give them the copy of your personal documents.

Unless the OP is on a static ip, they cannot ban his ip (the only option in such a case in banning an ip range which will affect other users sharing the same). I am sure his new account has been blocked because of same bank account number or same CC number.

Are you on a static ip or on a dynamic ip? your internet service provider can tell that to you.

I guess there is some problem with your IP man! Coz paypal is just limiting everything related to you or your nearer to your IP. Contact them immediately.
