limited paypal-account

When your account is limited, you can't receive/send/transfer money before you add a credit card and send required documents.

i faced same problem and overcome it. Just buy a virtula credit card only with 5 usd. I bought it from some one of this forum.with it can verify ur account and enjoy the liberty of paypal.

u can serach with virtual credit card in this forum . u will get many threads about it and in any thtread tell that u wanna buy one VCC. u wull get those who sells virtual credit card (VCC)

 

but as long as I know VCC's don't make limited accounts back to normal. or can you guarantee that?

 

All I need is to confirm location , I am willing to try a VCC as with the problem I can not pay for it now, buy I will pay

 

you can wait for 180 days than you can withdraw the funds XD

my account was limited today and i passed 2 valid i.d my passport and my b.i.r which is both goverment i.d! it says there that i need to send proof of billing address, i don't have any utility bill since i live with my parents and they are the one who pay for it. is it okay to send them the utility of my parents since we have the same last name and address?
