Hey, guys, a week ago I received a payment from ShareCash I paypal limited my account, they say I passed 2500 EUR (my pp is verified if you will ask that) in a total and they need proof of my adress and photo ID so I took a picture of those documents and attached them, I has been a week since I did that and still no response, I ask them every day I send them messages from Contact Us in the site but nothing, a friend of mine was limited too, but when he submitted the documents they removed his limit, help me guys it's been a week and no respond i have 1k stuck in my paypal idk what to do because i can't send or withdraw money. I don't understand why paypal is ignoring me and they don't tell me why the limit is still on though I gave them the documents they asked for. What should I do?
You need to scan & fax them in to Paypal...... I would call them, ask to speak to a supervisor and make sure all communications are done via Paypal and not direct email. If you can confirm that they have the needed proof of ID then the issue should be resolved quite quickly.... Good Luck!! Cheers!~
What number should I call them, calls here in my country are really expensive especially international calls but anyway give me a number or something...
Not sure about current situation but one can call them free using Gizmo Project too. Search it through google. DON.
I am in the same position as LeoWyatt. 6 days now since I uploaded my ID and address proof yet my account is still limited I can see the files sat there and it still says "waiting customer response"! If I click on "Contact Us" it goes to a page saying "Help information is not available in English please change your language preference to US English" for which there is NO option and my language selection is English! I found another way of sending them an email but still no response. How do these idiots manage to run a service in such a sloppy manner? I have had my account now for over 10 years now and I am thoroughly cheesed off with them. David

You need to call them directly, dont use massage or email, it might take you few week Call them and talk to them, this can be solved in one day
@albotek... Congrats!!! on getting your account restored. Btw, it would be good if you share your experience here. Just give us a date of Limitation, Date of Restoration, Documents submitted, Type of documents and whether in pdf format or a jpg (picture) format. This will help many others to sort their issues with Paypal. Maybe Mods should create a sticky or separate folder to share people, experience to resolve PP limitation issues (Legally). Country of PP account and other details that I mentioned above. This will help a lot many members, rather than open several threads for the same issue.
Hi, I have to say in my case I really did no more than what was asked of me on the PP website. I uploaded the id (passport) & proof of address (Visa statement) documents as jpg's. My account was limited for 6 days in all. It was stupid of me not to respond to their request for the documents weeks ago, so I have to hold my hands up to be partially to blame in my case. I did try to complain, however, I think it was "the process" that got me sorted. David
