here's a screenshot of what my resolution centre looks like. as you can see, it tells me to follow the steps on this page, but I see no steps at all, and I can't contact them because none of the categories in the "contact us" section fit my problem. any help?
Better for you to call them rightnow through phone call and let them know of this without wasting anymore time as they will guide you further. DON.
I had this same problem.I contacted them but they said that my account is permanently terminated.I got an email saying that I need to complete the steps in the resolution center. Hope that won't happen to you.Please call them now.

Is the account verified? if so call them to find out why its been limited? generally its because of concerns about misuse? maybe they think its been compromised by someone else. Normally they can tel verify the account and it takes off the limitation I had something similar earlier this year, couldn't transfer money or anything, but once i verified by phone, the limitations where taken off
