You can only have 1 Personal and 1 Premier/Business account only. You cannot have more than that. You cannot also signup for a new account if one of your account is limited.

Paypal is a multi-billion dollar international corporation which deals with internet based financial services. I am very sure that they would have invested heavily in their system and constantly improving them to detect breaches in usages.

I don't think any one person can assume they can fool such a system. It is their job to ensure that their system is not abused.

Try getting your existing account verified... If you're trading large sums of money with an unverified account, chances are high that your account may get limited... Paypal stereotypes such cases to be fraudulent... Sad, but true... Alas! Until we have a better, widely recognised payment processor soon... :p

so you think the best way is to open a new account, new name, with different computer?

another question: when paypal asks for more info regarding address. does mean i have to prove my cc is under my name, or only to provide papers that im in that addess similar to my paypal name and address.

Most certainly not, the best option would be either to work with Paypal as to lift the limitations of your account and then closed all the accounts which you created which are in breach of your contractual agreement with Paypal.

The solution is definitely not to continue breaking more terms of your contract, it would certainly make you look very undesirable to work with and more reasons for paypal to never want to deal with you ever again.

Never use fake information or information which is not yours because you will certainly face more problems along the way. If your account get limited, you need to provide real information.

Verification or when Paypal requires you to submit details, it is to determine that the information you sign up with is exactly the same as the documents they require. If they allow you to use someone's else information then it defeats the whole purpose of verification and certainly make both you and them look stupid.

why you create a new account every time??? You can USE TOR Proxies to create a fresh one, and verify it using VCC before doing any transaction... it might help.

Yes ... every new account has a limited access. It's only after you have added a credit card & verified your address, then only you can transfer money electronically.

This is due to security reasons. This happens .....
