    Are your VA's trained:

    Yes, they are trained on their specific field. But as everyone know, we have different techniques and strategy that we like to implement, so I would like advice that eventhough our VA's are trained, it might take some time to train them and get them up to speed.


    Do we have to give the VA a blueprint to follow:

    No, we have our standard campaign that has been working with us and our other clients. They will use this blueprint if you don't have have. They work with less supervision and will give you an update after they work. It's like having a machine working while you are sleeping :)


    Communication with the VA:

    - Voice (Skype, yahoo)

    Reporting:
