Limited account

I have a problem with limitation. customer message: Additional Information: 'Yesterday 29.06.2008 I
received a mail with Notification of Limited Account Access . Ok I had 3 thing that i have to do to escape the limitation. I have made the first and the second but at the third I have problem. There says to link my debit card. But i have not any card atach to my account. What to do?

 

Can you explain a little more briefly.

 

so .. I have received a mail from paypal which said that my account is limited. I have 3 things to do to unblock my account. 1. to change my password. 2. to change my security question and answer and 3 . to LINK AN COFIRM MY CREDIT/DEBIT card. but i havent atached to my patpal a card and now i can atach a new one.. what to do..

 

Just add your credit card and complete the expander use program and you be set.

Why cant you add the card? Is the card funded with cash, and is it enabled for internet banking? Make sure of this..
